OdGalaxy Research研究主管AlexThorn表示，由于美国SEC就其与以太坊基金会的关系向加密货币公司发出了传票，再加上美国SEC在第一个截止日期前两个月缺乏与 ETF 申请人的积极接触，五月份的以太坊现货 ETF 现在看来“极不可能”。
