On May 26th, Xiaomi's WeChat official account released Xiaomi's 15th anniversary product to answer netizens' questions (Episode 2). Regarding the question that the Mysterious Ring O1 is a chip customized to Arm, Xiaomi responded that it is not. This is completely a rumor. The Mysterious Ring O1 is not customized to Arm, and Arm CSS services are not used during the research and development process. The Mysterious Ring O1 is a 3nm flagship SoC independently developed and designed by the Xiaomi Mysterious Ring team for more than four years. It is based on Arm's latest CPU and GPU standard IP licensing, but the multi-core and memory access system-level design and backend physical implementation are completely designed by the Mysterious Ring team. It is not a complete solution provided by Arm. The so-called "customized chip to Arm" is even more nonsense.
