According to Cointelegraph, real estate investment firm Cardone Capital has launched the 10X Miami River Bitcoin Fund, a dual-asset fund containing 346 multifamily residential commercial properties and $15 million worth of Bitcoin located on the banks of the Miami River in Florida.
The fund will convert some of its monthly cash flow into bitcoin. Grant Cardone, founder and CEO of Cardone Capital, said the company's long-term goal is to accumulate $1 billion in real estate assets and $200 million in bitcoin reserves in a hybrid fund.
