5月25日讯，海光信息公告称，公司与中科曙光正在筹划由海光信息通过向中科曙光全体A股换股股东发行A股股票的方式换股吸收合并中科曙光，并发行A股股票募集配套资金。为保证公平信息披露，维护投资者利益，避免造成公司股价异常波动，公司A股股票将于2025年5月26日开市时起开始停牌，预计停牌时间不超过10个交易日。
