According to Cointelegraph, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian dropped Eisenberg's charges of commodity fraud and market manipulation.
The judge ruled that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to support the jury's conclusion that Avraham Eisenberg made material misrepresentations to Mango Markets. Eisenberg, who was convicted in April 2024 of wire fraud, commodity fraud and commodity manipulation for exploiting a vulnerability in the decentralized exchange Mango Markets for $110 million in 2022.
