According to on-chain data analyst Ember Monitoring, the giant whale/institution that sold 184.4 WBTC (about $20.40 million) through Wintermute OTC yesterday bought $15 million worth of AAVE through Wintermute today.
They transferred 15 million USDC to Wintermute, and then received 57,715 AAVs from Wintermute, which made the purchase price $259.9.
They have been stockpiling AAVs since March 2023 and have spent a total of $30.80 million hoarding 224,010 AAVs, with an average price of $137.5 and a current surplus of $26.32 million.
