Web3去中心化云网络Impossible Cloud Network (ICN)宣布以4.7亿美元估值获NGP Capital投资，具体投资金额暂未披露，NGP Capital由电信巨头诺基亚支持，此前还曾投资过去中心化电信基础设施DePIN项目Helium，据悉新资金拟用于支持ICN上线原生代币。
