After shareholders approved the merger of Trump-linked bitcoin company Nakamoto, the Nasdaq ticker for KindlyMD was officially changed to "NAKA", and the ticker for tradable warrants was also changed from "KDLYW" to "NAKAW", which took effect on May 23. According to the merger disclosure, the merger is expected to be completed 20 days after the parties submit the Securities Exchange Commission Information Statement, with final delivery scheduled for the third quarter of 2025.
