The three major U.S. stock indexes opened lower, with the Dow down 1.1%, the S & P 500 down 1.2% and the Nasdaq down 1.5%. Technology stocks fell across the board, with Apple (AAPL. O) down 3.3% and Trump threatening to tax Apple. NVIDIA (NVDA. O) fell 2.2%, Amazon (AMZN. O) fell 2.2% and Tesla (TSLA. O) fell 1.4%.
