The team has taken immediate action to lock the contract to prevent further losses, and has successfully suspended the stolen funds of $162 million.
Cetus is actively working with the Sui Foundation and other ecosystem members to find a solution to recover the remaining stolen funds. Officials said they would prioritize the incident and promised to release a full incident report later.
