香港证监会：虚拟资产场外交易及托管推新牌照立法预计最少需时一年

香港证监会中介机构部执行董事叶志衡表示，针对虚拟资产场外交易和虚拟资产托管推出新的监管牌照短期内首要任务，将与港府合作就两个新牌照作咨询和提交立法草案，预计立法最少需时一年，全面落地实施可能需约一年半至两年。此外，叶志衡还透露随着市场发展，将考虑扩大专业投资者的产品选择，并公开市场机制的调整计划。
