On May 22nd, the National Energy Administration released statistics showing that as of the end of April, the country's cumulative installed power generation capacity was 3.49 billion kilowatts, an increase of 15.9% year-on-year. Among them, the installed capacity of solar power generation was 990 million kilowatts, an increase of 47.7% year-on-year; the installed capacity of wind power was 540 million kilowatts, an increase of 18.2% year-on-year. From January to April this year, the country's major power generation enterprises completed investment of 193.30 billion yuan, an increase of 1.6% year-on-year; power grid projects completed investment of 140.80 billion yuan, an increase of 14.6% year-on-year.
