On May 21st, the European listed company The Blockchain Group (ALTBG) announced a capital increase of about 8.60 million euros (about 9.75 million dollars) to advance its bitcoin finance company strategy. The financing was raised through two operations, namely reserved capital increase and private placement, and the issuance price was 1.279 euros per share.
