关税法获通过，自今年12月1日起施行

4月26日讯，十四届全国人大常委会第九次会议4月26日表决通过了关税法，自今年12月1日起施行。作为我国制定的关税专门法律，关税法保持现行关税税制基本稳定、税负水平总体不变，对于推进高水平对外开放、打造市场化法治化国际化营商环境具有重要意义。
