Ukrainian Deputy Economy Minister and Trade Representative Taras Kachka told a trade conference in Kiev that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has written to U.S. President Donald Trump, proposing to sign a free trade agreement in addition to exploring new opportunities for defense industry cooperation and trade.
