FOX Business记者Eleanor Terrett发文表示，美国参议院投票通过对《GENIUS法案》进入正式审议的“终止辩论动议”（cloturemotion），至少15名民主党议员改变立场投下赞成票，包括Cortez Masto、Adam Schiff、Mark Warner等人。该法案现将进入全面审议程序。
