5 月 20 日消息，据官方消息，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）今日宣布任命 Katherine Reilly 为代理监察长。Reilly 女士目前担任 SEC 副监察长。她将接替自 2023 年起担任 SEC 监察长的 Deborah Jeffrey 女士，后者即将退休。
