5月19日讯，工信部等9部门联合印发《关于加快推进科技服务业高质量发展的实施意见》。《意见》提出，要推动科技服务业全面发展，围绕研究开发、技术转移转化、企业孵化等重点领域进行全面部署。《意见》明确，要优化科技服务业发展生态，培育壮大服务主体，引导科技服务机构专业化、市场化、平台化、国际化发展。
