根据前美国联邦检察官、律师 James K. Filan 发布的推文，SEC 的上述简报和支持文件以密封的形式提交。由于这些文件是密封的，一旦完成必要的修订，它们将对公众开放。
具体而言，SEC 和 Ripple Labs 将于 3 月 25 日进行会议，讨论必要的修订事宜。在进行相关修订后，SEC 将于 3 月 26 日或之前提交已修订救济措施简报的公开版本。值得一提的是，这一举措符合本周双方提出的密封请求。
在下个月 Ripple 提交其反对意见时，双方还将经历类似的过程。4 月 22 日，Ripple 将以密封状态提交其对 SEC 救济措施简报的反对意见。双方将于 4 月 23 日会面商讨，确定必要的修订事宜，并将于 4 月 24 日公开提交修订版本的反对意见。
