On May 17, the General Office of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government issued a notice on printing and distributing the Tianjin Municipal Action Plan for Promoting the Innovation and Development of Artificial Intelligence (2025-2027). It mentions strengthening the research and development of core algorithm technologies. Promote cutting-edge basic theoretical research, support the research of basic algorithms such as natural language processing, machine vision, deep learning, perception algorithms, and large model training architecture, and strengthen the construction of domestic open-source communities. Consolidate the advantages of brain-computer interaction technology, and promote the research and development and application of brain-computer interaction and human-computer integration technology. Promote applied technology research, support the research and development and application of Multi-modality models, vertical models, and lightweight models, and encourage the secondary development of open-source models. Support the research and development of scene application technologies such as human-machine collaboration, autonomous driving, vehicle-road collaboration, drone group intelligence, virtual reality (VR)/augmented reality (AR), and blockchain.
