A federal appeals court in the United States has reversed an injunction that had previously blocked President Donald Trump's administration from stripping hundreds of thousands of federal employees of their right to unionize and bargain collectively over working conditions.
The Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit voted 2-1 to stay an injunction issued by a judge at the request of the National Union of Treasury Employees (NTEU), which had blocked the Trump administration from implementing an executive order it signed in March.
