Billionaire investor Michael Novogratz's Galaxy Digital is in discussions with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) about tokenizing its publicly traded shares and other potential traditional securities. Galaxy began trading on the Nasdaq today after listing on the growth enterprises market on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
