FTX's primary repayments will begin on May 30, with a total allocation of more than $5 billion for the second distribution to creditors. FTX has previously made initial recovery distributions to small creditors in the Convenience Classes of the Chapter 11 reorganization plan.
Sunil, FTX creditor representative, said Kraken had started sending emails to FTX users confirming that the next round of FTX payouts, covering claims under $50,000 and above, was due on May 30, 2025.
