商务部：长和集团出售港口交易各方不得规避审查

在商务部今天（15日）召开的例行新闻发布会上，商务部新闻发言人表示，今年3月以来，有关部门已经多次发表声明强调，对长和集团出售港口交易将依法进行审查，保护市场公平竞争，维护社会公共利益。交易各方不得采取任何方式规避审查，未获批准前，不得实施集中，否则将承担法律责任。希望有关企业对此保持清醒认识，审慎行事。（央视新闻）
