ViaBTC has commissioned the CoinEx platform to conduct the auction for the fourth halving block of Bitcoin, the rare Satoshi "epic sats", which has ended with a maximum bid of 33.3 BTC, equivalent to approximately $2,134,452.
The first Satoshi mined in the first block of each halving period is called "epic sat" because of its potential collectible value through the Ordinals protocol.
