On May 14, the verifiable data infrastructure vlayer announced that the mainnet has been officially launched. The vlayer mainnet has launched four smart contract features designed specifically for developers, designed to help them build applications that can win over billions of users.
With Time Travel, developers can seamlessly query and execute contracts based on historical blockchain states, opening up powerful new use cases in areas such as decentralized finance; Teleport simplifies cross-chain interactions, allowing developers to easily scale and deploy smart contracts across multiple EVM-compatible networks without added complexity; and with Email Proofs (ZK Email) and Web Proofs (zkTLS), validating email and web content in smart contracts becomes as simple as a few lines of code, turning previously impossible interactions into everyday reality.
Vlayer completed a $10 million pre-seed round of financing, with participation from a16z Crypto Startup Accelerator (CSX), Credo Ventures, and BlockTower Capital.
