怀俄明州稳定代币委员会宣布与数据分析公司 Inca Digital 达成合作，共同推进怀俄明州稳定代币（WYST）的发行工作。该稳定币计划于2025年7月正式推出，将成为美国首个由州政府发行的法币抵押型稳定币，1:1 锚定美元，抵押资产包括美国国债、现金及回购协议。
