On May 13, Xi Jinping proposed in his keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the 4th Ministerial Conference of the China-Latin America Forum that in the next three years, China will provide 3,500 government scholarships, 10,000 training places in China, 500 scholarships for international Chinese teachers, 300 training places for technical personnel in poverty reduction, 1,000 places for "Chinese Bridge" projects to come to China, 300 "Small but Beautiful" livelihood projects, actively promote vocational education cooperation projects such as Luban Workshop, and support CELAC member states to carry out Chinese education. China will hold an exhibition of "China-Latin America Love" Chinese film and television programs, and strive to complete the mutual translation of 10 excellent TV dramas or excellent audio-visual programs every year. China will hold the "China-Latin American and Caribbean Tourism Dialogue" with Latin America.
