CATL: The maximum issue price for listing in Hong Kong is HK $263/share

On May 12, CATL announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to issue 117.90 million H shares listed in Hong Kong (subject to the exercise of the offer volume adjustment right and the over-allotment option), with a maximum issue price of HK $263/share.
