According to Coin Track Daily, Vietnam has launched an ambitious project called 1Matrix, which aims to create the first layer of blockchain developed in the country. The project is jointly promoted by well-known institutions such as Techcombank, Techcom Securities, Masterise Group, and One Mount Group, and has now partnered with the Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA).
