dYdX: Remind users to migrate ethDYDX as soon as possible, cross-chain bridge support may end

On May 9th, dYdX officially issued a document saying that there are still more than 88.30 million ethDYDX that have not been migrated to the native DYDX on the dYdX chain. Previously, Nethermind proposed to terminate the dYdX chain cross-chain bridge support in about 23 days, when the tokens have not been migrated or cannot be converted.
