Od彭博 ETF 高级分析师 Eric Balchunas 表示，本周灰度 GBTC 资金流出显著很可能是因为 Genesis。Genesis 似乎正在出售其 GBTC 份额，以逢低买入比特币。
Balchunas 在 X 平台发文表示：“过去 5 天，美国 9 支新的比特币现货 ETF 流入约 12 亿美元资金，而比特币价格下跌了 8%。GBTC 确实有资金流出，但主要是 Genesis（我们确信这一点），他们只是用 GBTC 份额换取现货比特币，所以是净中性事件（而且 GBTC 流出资金都是其转化为 ETF 之前的资金）。综合起来，ETF 一直在净买入比特币（实际上没有新资金流出，反而还有更多资金流入）。”
有 X 用户指出，16,800 枚比特币被转至 Genesis 的两个新钱包，可能是其卖出 GBTC 份额获得的资金。
