Ethereum developers propose to optimize governance processes

On May 8th, Ethereum core developer Tim Beiko released a proposal to improve the Ethereum governance process, higher on the priority list of optimization hard fork "flagship function" (Headliner) selection. The proposal includes: clear fork target (Fork Focus), limit each layer to a maximum of one flagship function, adopt "barbell" strategy to strengthen community feedback, formalize working groups, and document the governance process. This move aims to increase transparency and decision-making legitimacy, while maintaining the community-driven nature of Ethereum.
