Linea Announces Ethereum Bridge to L2 Gas Free, Optimizes user experience

On May 8th, according to the official announcement of Linea, users will be exempt from the L2 side gas fee when transferring from the Ethereum main network to the Linea network through its native bridge tool, which is applicable to L1 → L2 transfers with a single gas consumption lower than 250,000. USDC bridging through Circle CCTP is not within the scope of this discount, and the basic gas at the L1 end still needs to be paid by the user.
