I would like to emphasize the following three points again: First, the United States has taken the initiative to convey information to China through various channels recently, hoping to start talks with China on tariffs and other issues. After carefully evaluating the information from the United States, the Chinese side decided to agree to engage with the US side. The talks were held at the request of the US side.
