美国货币监理署（OCC）周三发布解释性函件，明确表示银行可以“在客户的要求下买卖其托管的加密资产”。OCC还指出，银行“可以将加密货币相关活动外包给第三方，包括托管和执行服务”。这项新政策延续了该机构3月起对先前政策的转向，即不再要求银行在推进加密业务前必须征得监管批准。
