This morning, OpenAI announced a new AI development plan on its official website - OpenAI for Countries. On January 21 this year, Trump announced at the White House that OpenAI, SoftBank, Oracle, and others will invest $500 billion in the "Stargate" project. Now, OpenAI hopes to establish a similar project for every country in the world, work with them to develop AI infrastructure, and will provide professional customized versions of ChatGPT to improve health care, education, law, and other fields.
