U.S. Treasury and euro zone bond yields were little changed in morning trading as investors stayed on the sidelines ahead of the Federal Reserve's policy meeting. The Fed is expected to keep interest rates on hold in its decision on Wednesday, and is unlikely to signal a rate cut in the coming months due to recent strong U.S. economic data. "The Fed is expected to keep rates steady and has expressed no intention of breaking the deadlock in the near term," analysts at KBCbank said in a note.
