Metaplanet issues $25 million non-interest bearing bond to increase bitcoin holdings

According to the announcement of Metaplanet, the company has passed the resolution of the board of directors to issue the 13th ordinary bond to EVO FUND in the amount of 25 million US dollars, with a maturity of half a year and an interest rate of 0%, for the purchase of bitcoin. The bond will mature on November 6, 2025, and the recovery method is the exercise of stock subscription rights.
