Chris Murphy, a US senator, wrote that he would introduce the MEME Act to ban the president or members of Congress from issuing Meme coins. Mr. Murphy called "Trumpcoin the biggest corruption scandal in White House history" and said he would work with Representative Sam Liccardo on legislation to curb such practices.
