Since its launch, rune transactions have accounted for 68% of all bitcoin transactions.

Bitcoin's new token standard, Runes, has accounted for more than two-thirds of bitcoin trading volume since the launch of the network halving event on April 20.
According to Dune Analytics dashboard data shared by blockchain research firm Crypto Koryo, the Bitcoin network has processed more than 2.38 million rune transactions, accounting for 68% of all Bitcoin transactions since its launch on April 20. Regular Bitcoin peer-to-peer transactions, BRC-20, Ordinals, and Runes are all included in the total number of transactions.
In addition, Runes had its largest trading day on April 23, with more than 750,000 transactions, but the number of transactions more than halved to 312,000 the next day.
