5月7日讯，5月7日，中国证监会主席吴清在参加国新办新闻发布会时表示，支持上市公司通过并购重组转型，目前证监会正在抓紧修订上市公司重大资产重组管理办法，进一步完善并购6条的配套措施，以更大力度支持上市公司并购重组。
