DeFi Dev Corp. (DFDV) announced in a statement on the X platform that it has acquired a Solana validator business with a entrusted pledge size of 500,000 SOLs, valued at about $72.50 million. The company said the acquisition will help accelerate its financial strategy, expand SOL exposure, and strengthen Solana's decentralized infrastructure. All pledge rewards will be directly credited to DFDV's revenue.
