According to official news, Ripple announced a total of $25 million in donations to US education non-profit organizations DonorsChoose and Teach For America, primarily in the form of its US dollar stablecoin Ripple USD (RLUSD). The donation aims to support teachers and students across the United States, improve access to educational resources, promote academic outcomes and economic resilience. According to the Ripple statement, the partnership will fund thousands of teacher projects and classroom needs, support Teach For America's Ignite mentoring program, and promote financial literacy education to help students and educators build a strong academic foundation and financial capacity in a rapidly changing job market.
