On May 3rd, the US FTC (FTC) and the state of Nevada filed a lawsuit against a company called IML on May 2nd, accusing it of defrauding about $1.20 billion since 2018 by falsely promoting cryptocurrency, foreign exchange, binary options and stock trading courses.
