Bitcoin World Custodian拟向香港证监会申请虚拟资产交易所牌照

Od港股上市公司比特元宇宙发布公告宣布，其间接全资附属公司 Bitcoin World Custodian Limited 正在准备就必要牌照向香港证监会提交相关申请，以在香港进行证券及期货条例项下第 1 类（证券交易）及第 7 类（提供自动化交易服务）受规管活动，并进行经营打击洗钱条例第 53ZR 条及附表 3B 所定义的虚拟资产交易所（虚拟资产服务）业务，预期待牌照获批出后，Bitcoin World Custodia 将根据虚拟资产平台业务 Bitcoin World Technology 提供托管服务。
