Paolo Ardoino, CEO of stablecoin issuer Tether, released data on the X platform showing that the market value of USDT reached 149 billion US dollars, continuing to hit a record high, surpassing tech giant Qualcomm and financial giant Charles Schwab in the global market value ranking to 119. It is worth mentioning that USDT hit 146 billion US dollars in market value on April 24 and 147 billion US dollars on April 25, which means that it has increased by more than 3 billion US dollars in about a week.
