ZK Nation released an update on the progress of the investigation into the theft of airdrop tokens that occurred on April 13, 2025 on the X platform, disclosing that the proposal to authorize the ZKsync Security Council to exchange recovered ETH for ZK tokens, GAP-3, has been submitted on the chain today. The voting will open at around 13:00 UTC on Thursday, May 8, and the voting will be delayed by 7 days. Considering the possibility of arbitrage and market manipulation, the method and timing of ETH to exchange ZK tokens will not be publicly disclosed in advance.
