SOL Strategies released its April results update, which revealed that the company has raised up to $500 million in convertible note financing to expand its SOL holdings, the validator uptime is 99.995%, and the total number of SOL tokens pledged has now exceeded 3 million (3,036,462). As of April 30, 2025, SOL Strategies held 269,258 SOLs, of which 268,671 SOLs were actively pledged to the company's validators.
