In response to SolanaFloor's announcement that "Solana congestion has been resolved and block output is back to normal," Mert Mumtaz, CEO of Solana's ecosystem development platform Helius, wrote on the X platform, "This is wrong, we have made some improvements, but it is by no means completely back to normal, it is not fully resolved, and there is still a lot of work to be done."
